If you are having trouble opening your medical document. Here are some guidelines that may help you:
- Use a different PDF reader/viewer app on your mobile phone.
- Re-login and ensure to enter the document password in the exact case-sensitive format, including all required characters. You can find your password on the app under: More > View Profile > About Me > See 'National ID/NRIC'
- If error persists, attempt to access the file on a different mobile device.
- Alternatively, send the file(s) to your registered email using the 'Email Icon' in the 'Activity' > 'Past' section of the DA app. You can then view them on a laptop. If you don't receive the email, please check your spam folder, as it might have been unintentionally routed there.
