How can I access my medical documents on the app?

To access your medical records, from the DA App homepage, click Activity > Past > Click your consultation with the doctor > Scroll down until the bottom of the page > Medical Certificate/Referral/Memo > View or Email.

Please use your registered ID number for the password.
