Can I use Doctor Anywhere for my child?

Create and use a separate account for your dependent, as the doctors will issue the e-medical documents (prescription, medical certificate, referrals, etc.) under the account holder's profile. We follow a one-user per-account policy for security reasons and for the personal organization of electronic medical records. 

Upon registration, it's important to note the following:

1. Create a separate profile using a unique email address
2. In absence of a valid ID, you may use a birth certificate and make the "Registry no." (see upper right corner of the document) as the ID number.
3. Afterwards, if available, start linking their HMO/Insurance to their DA app under: "Home > Membership & Health Plan > Link your Membership > Pick your HMO provider from the list".
