What if the doctor missed the consultation?

If the attending doctor is unable to join your scheduled consultation, our system will automatically initiate a refund for your payment.

Please note that refund periods may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

• GCash - May take 2 to 3 banking days to reflect
• Debit/Credit Card - May take up to 10 local banking days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Should you still need to proceed with a consultation, you are welcome to re-book with another available physician at a time that is most convenient for you.
