If the attending doctor is unable to join your scheduled consultation, our system will automatically initiate a refund for your payment.
Please note that refund periods may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
- GCash - May take 2 to 3 banking days to reflect
- Debit/Credit Card - May take up to 10 local banking days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
If the refund is not reflecting on your account after the stated timelines, please email at askus.php@doctoranywhere.com for further assistance.
Should you still need to proceed with a consultation, you are welcome to re-book with another available physician at a time that is most convenient for you.
