Can I choose a healthcare provider?

Yes, the DA app allows you to choose a healthcare provider, giving you control to find the physician who matches your preferences and needs.

For GP: Go to DA app > Home > Tap on ‘General Practitioner’ > Click 'Book an appointment' > Select GP

For Specialist: Go to DA app > Home > Specialist > Book an appointment with specialists > Select a Specialty from the list > Select your preferred Specialist

For Mental Health: Go to DA app > Home > Mental Health > Select Mental Health expert

You may also choose a provider that you have previously seek consultation with on Doctor Anywhere if he/she is saved on your "Favourite Providers" list. You can add a provider onto your favourite list by clicking the heart icon next to the appropriate doctor's profile.
