Can I choose a healthcare provider?

Yes, the DA app allows you to choose a healthcare provider, giving you control to find a physician who matches your preferences and needs.

For General Practitioners:

From the DA app Homepage > General Practitioner > Book an appointment > Select your preferred General Practitioner

For Specialists:

From the DA app Homepage > Specialist > Book an appointment with specialists > Select a Specialty from the list > Select your preferred Specialist

For Mental Health Expert:

From the DA app Homepage > Mental Health > Select your preferred Mental Health Expert

You may also choose a provider that you have previously seek consultation with on Doctor Anywhere if he/she is saved on your "Favourite Providers" list. You can add a provider onto your favourite list by clicking the heart icon next to the appropriate doctor's profile.
