What should I do if I requested for a video consultation but no doctors are available to attend to me?

If no doctors are available for your on-demand consultation, you can book an appointment instead.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open the DA app.
2. Go to Home.
3. Tap on ‘General Practitioner’.
4. Click 'Book an appointment'.
5. Select a GP.
