Can the video consultation service be claimed under my insurance plan?

Yes! Currently, DA accepts Cocolife,  Eastwest Healthcare, Etiqa, Forticare, Fortune Life, Generali, HMI, Insular/Inlife/ICare, Lacson & Lacson Insurance Brokers, Inc., Maxicare, Medicare Plus, Wellcare. No LOA or LOG is required for a video consultation. Please make sure to link your HMO before booking a consultation.
